Training and Educational Programs
Community and Technical Colleges partner through the Center for Excellence to offer future-focused, complementary programs that address the Marine industry's needs. Each school's curriculum offers a training niche to deliver the most effective, most comprehensive system of programs to train today's and tomorrow's workforce. Contact The Center of Excellence for information about Training and Education programs.

Internships and Trained Employees

Internships and partnering projects ensure that students are prepared to apply Marine Technology skills and to work in the day-to-day business environment. Most Employers get even more out of hosting Internship programs than they give. By investing the time and attention to bring well-trained new employees on board, Employers develop best practices that benefit all employees.

Partnering Center of Excellence schools help Marine training program students establish Internships by working with participating Employers to fill specific industry-driven needs. Each school also offers a rich resource for regional Employers to locate and hire trained employees in the process of completing their studies.

Contact The Center of Excellence for information on how you can start a customized Internship program in your organization.
