New Employees or Skills Upgrading
One primary focus of The Northwest Center of Excellence for Marine Manufacturing Technology's budget is vested in salaries and benefits to pay highly specialized instructors to train new employees and upgrade skills of incumbent workers. In-kind contributions will assist in this area as well as in helping to provide supplies, materials and meet equipment requirements. On-site training sessions planned at this time include the following: Resin Infusion, Electrical, Aluminum Welding, Carpentry, and Safety.
